How are the products packed for export?
Machines can be prepared with export packing, protective wrapping, loading support and basic documentation. Packaging and loading methods can be adjusted according to container shipment or project delivery requirements.
What export documents can you provide?
For normal export orders, we can provide commercial invoice, packing list, machine photos, loading photos and basic product information. Other documents such as certificate documents, special marking, dealer documents or market-specific files should be confirmed before order placement.
What is the normal production and delivery time?
Lead time depends on model, quantity, battery or engine configuration, mast height, optional attachments and current production schedule. Standard models are usually easier to arrange, while customized configurations need additional confirmation. We recommend confirming the target delivery date before quotation.
